The resources tool is great for when you have a lot of this type of item in your project. With the resources tool you can decide if each item shows on the project dashboard or not. So, you could have many items within the resources tool but not showing on the project dashboard. This keeps the project dashboard nice and tidy whilst you might have many embeds and links within your resources tool.
To change whether the tool shows on the project dashboard or not, click on the "Pinned" checkbox for each item. If it's pinned then it will show on the dashboard but if it's not pinned it won't show on the project dashboard.
