Delete account

The "Delete Account" page allows you to permanently close your account. This is a significant action that removes all your data and associated information from the platform.

Initiating Account Deletion

To begin the account deletion process, you will find a dedicated section on this page.
The section is clearly labeled "Delete your account" and includes a warning icon to emphasize the seriousness of the action.
A detailed explanation outlines the consequences of deleting your account, including what data will be removed and the irreversible nature of the action. It also requests feedback on your reason for deletion.
A multi-line input field is provided for you to enter your reason for deleting the account. This field is mandatory. You can enter up to 500 characters of feedback.
Delete Account Button: This button initiates the deletion process. It is disabled if the feedback input is empty.

Confirming Account Deletion

After clicking the "Delete Account" button, a confirmation dialog will appear to ensure you are certain about permanently deleting your account.
You have two options:
  • YES, DELETE ACCOUNT FOREVER: Clicking this button confirms your decision to permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible. This button is disabled if the feedback input is empty.
  • Cancel Account Deletion: Clicking this button cancels the deletion process, and your account will remain active.
