This page explains how to navigate  Project.co , helping you efficiently find and manage your work. It provides a clear guide to the main sections of the application and how to move between different views within projects and tasks. The primary navigation bar is located at the side of your screen, providing quick access to the main areas of  Project.co . : Select "Projects" to view a comprehensive list of all projects you are involved in. This section provides an overview of your active and completed projects.
: Select "Tasks" to see all tasks assigned to you or tasks across all your projects. This centralizes your task management.
: Select "Files" to browse and manage all files shared across different projects.
: Select "People" to view and manage your team members and clients within the application.
At the top of the sidebar you'll find the quicklinks to other important pages.
: This closes the sidebar so you have more space in the main viewing area.
This takes you back a page in your browsing history.
This takes you forward a page if you have already gone back.
Select "Inbox" to access your notifications and direct messages. This is where you receive updates and communicate directly with other users.
This is the global search where you can take quick actions or search for projects and tasks.
When you are inside a specific project, a dedicated navigation bar appears, allowing you to move between different aspects of that project.
: Select "Home" to return to the main overview of the current project.
: Select "Discussion" to access the project-specific chat and communication threads.
: Select "Tasks" to view and manage all tasks related to the current project.
: Select "Files" to access files specifically shared within the current project.
: Select "Notes" to view and collaborate on notes associated with the current project.
Within the "Projects" and "Tasks" sections, you can change how your information is displayed to suit your preferences. Look for a "Views" button or similar option, typically located near the top of the project or task list.

: Organizes projects or tasks into columns, often representing different stages or statuses, allowing for easy drag-and-drop management.

To switch views:
Navigate to the "Projects" or "Tasks" section.
Locate and select the "Views" button.
A menu appears with different view options. Select the desired view (e.g., "List View", "Kanban View", "Timeline View", "Calendar View", "Cards View"). The display immediately updates to the selected format.
To manage your personal settings and preferences, including notification settings and profile details:
Locate your profile image and name, At the bottom of the sidebar.
Click this area to open a menu.
Select "Preferences" from the menu.
Within the preferences section, you can navigate to "Notification settings" to adjust how you receive alerts, or "Your details & profile" to update your personal information.
To access the account settings pages:
Click the account logo at the top of the sidebar.
Select "Account Settings" from the menu.
