Our Google Calendar integration syncs any tasks that are allocated to you in your Project.co account with your Google Calendar.
A few things to bear in mind:
You need to authorise your Project.co account to access your Google Calendar when you first use this integration.
The sync is 1-way from Project.co to Google Calendar. Any changes you make to tasks in your Project.co account will be reflected in your Google Calendar but any changes you make in Google Calendar won't be reflected in your Project.co account.
For tasks to show in your Google Calendar, the following must be true:
You must be assigned to the task.
The task must have a single date, date range or be a recurring task. If it is a recurring task then only the master task (the currently active task) will be synced with your Google Calendar.
The task must have any status other than "Completed".
Each person in your Project.co account can connect their Google Calendar independently. This is a user level integration, not an account level integration.
Only new tasks or existing tasks that have their date edited will be synced with your Google Calendar after you link your Google Calendar. We don't have a way to sync all existing tasks at this time.
When you change the date of a task the task will be updated in your Google Calendar.
If you are removed as the assignee the task will be removed from your Google Calendar.
If the task is marked as "Completed" or if it is deleted then it will be removed from your Google Calendar.
