Priority support

If you upgrade to the Pro plan we offer priority support. This consists of the following benefits:


Fastest response

We will give you our fastest response times. We do this by prioritising support requests from accounts on the Pro plan over those on the free plan.

We aim to give great service and support to all accounts but we will respond to support requests from Pro accounts first.


Team onboarding

If you upgrade to the Pro plan with 5 or more seats then we will offer you a team onboarding session. the aim of this is to answer your teams questions, get them familiar with your new tool and get their buy in and commitment to using it. We split this into 2 stages:

    .1We will conduct a 20-30 minute call with the key people in your business. During this call we'll learn more about how you plan to use  Project.co  and help you with initial setup.
    .2We'll set up a 1 hour call with your whole team where we'll perform a demo of  Project.co  based on the way you will use it. We'll then answer any questions your team have and get them familiar with your way of using  Project.co .
