Whilst your account is active, whether you are on a free account or the Pro account, the data you add to your account will be retained indefinitely.
This is so that you can always look back on past projects, tasks, conversations, notes and files. This means you'll always have a complete history of your work in your Project.co account.
Account & data deletion
If your account is deleted then all data will be permanently deleted as well.
Inactivity
If you become inactive and don't login to your account for 12 months or more then we will email you to ask you if you want to retain your account. If you do then we will need you to login to confirm this.
If you don't or if we don't hear back from you then we will delete your account. This is so that we don't have inactive accounts in the system. We will never delete accounts or data without contacting you first.
