View types

Your account includes many different view types. This is so that you can view and work with your data in the best way for you.

When you have set a view type up with the filtering, sorting and grouping options you like you can "Save the view settings" to set that as the default for next time you come to visit that page. See more about how to do that here:  Saved page settings

The view types include:

List

List view is our most flexible view. With list view you can double click cells to edit the data. You can filter, sort and group your data to see it in the format that works best for you. Click the "Name" cell to open any item in the list.

Cards

The cards view shows all items as cards. The cards view is the default for mobile. The cards view can be filtered, sorted and grouped so you can see things in the format that works best for you. When you group the cards view you will get full width grouping title cards. These can also be collapsed and expanded by clicking on the arrows to the left of the group titles.

Calendar

The calendar view lays all items out on a month by month calendar. This is great for viewing project start > deadlines or task due dates. Drag and drop any task to move its date. And click any task to open its task pop up.

Scheduler

Scheduler view is similar to the calendar view except it's dates are on a horizontal timeline and the left hand section has resources. By default these resources are the allocated people for each task but you can change this to any other resource using the "Group" button above the scheduler.

Kanban

The kanban view uses columns to define a common data point. By default the columns on the kanban view are "Status" but you can change the columns to any custom field by using the "Columns" button above the kanban. All cards can be dragged and dropped to change the current column value.
